Bio Mechanics for Optimum Performance (part 1)
This class is a basic intro guiding your horse to the most efficient body mechanics for soundness and correct movement within your discipline standard. You will have the opportunity of evaluating 5 completely different breeds and body types and leave with the tools to evaluate your own horse with new practical methods. You will learn how to avoid common injuries that occur when your horse is moving against his natural body conformation. There will be great tips on evaluating a horse for purchase that is best suited for your sport, be it happy trail riding or barrel racing to show jumping. Whether you are active showman or just ride for pleasure you will find this information invaluable for maintaining your horses health and help him to enjoy the time you spend in the saddle. Light lunch included

Problem Horses Pain or Pleasure~ bucking to backing, girthing to bridling, mounting to tieing and everything in between!
This is a personally formatted class that will address specific problems attendees are experiencing. Learn to recognize a variety of behaviors that have similar causes but frequently are expressed in different ways. You will identify and present before the clinic your specific concerns be it backing, picking up incorrect leads, cross firing, any and all questions welcome. Some or all participants may be invited to bring their horse for the purpose of demonstration. It is important to register early so that we can formulate each individual class. You will leave with new understanding of specific horse behavior, how to address resistance with new, positive, forward energy. You will also learn how to recognize pain vs. resistance, how to move through it and when to call the vet. Light Lunch provided
